The chance to see a solar eclipse is a once (maybe twice) in a lifetime opportunity. On August 21, a total solar eclipse will be visible across North America for the first time since 1979. To quote noted astronomer and science communicator Neil deGrasse Tyson, “A total eclipse of the sun belongs on everyone’s bucket list.” Because even a quick glance at the sun can cause permanent damage to your eyes, Helena Vision Center is dedicated to make sure people get to safely view this phenomenon.

Stop down to HVC to learn more about how to safely view the eclipse, pick up an information sheet and a pair of solar eclipse glasses!
